How we got started

LS Cleaning Service Pros was started by Luis S., who spent several years working in commercial cleaning before deciding to build something of his own. The idea was simple: a small operation that does the work properly and communicates clearly with clients — nothing more, nothing less.

What we've found, after years of doing this, is that people don't necessarily want perfection — they want reliability. They want to know that the cleaner will show up on time, do the work they were paid to do, and let them know if something comes up. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

Why consistency matters more than flash

It's easy for a cleaning service to make a good impression on the first visit. What's harder — and more valuable — is delivering the same standard on the fifth visit, and the fifteenth.

When we take on a recurring client, we make it a point to learn their space: which surfaces are most important to them, which products they prefer or want avoided, and what their expectations are. That knowledge carries over to every visit.

We also try to keep the same team member assigned to the same client when possible. It takes the guesswork out of it — for both the cleaner and the client.
